Session 1. “Population Genetics Training Using GenAlEx”
- 6. 21 (월) 오전9:00 – 12:00, 오후1:30 – 3:00
- Introduction to Conservation Biology (이항)
- Introduction to Population Genetics (김경석)
Session 2. “Genetics Analysis using Population Genetic Software Packages”
- 6. 21 (월) 오후3:00 – 5:00, 6. 22 (화) 오전9:00 – 12:00
- Participants should have a basic understanding of population genetic principles.
- 6. 22 (화) 오후1:30 – 5:00
- Participants will analyze their own dataset during afternoon session
Session 3. “Development of Microsatellite Marker”
- 6. 23 (수) ~ 7. 2 (금)
- Participants can develop microsatellite markers for their study species (if ready)
등록비:
- Session 1 & 2: 대학원생, 50,000원; 그외 연구자, 80,000원 (음료와 점심 제공)
- Session 1, 2, 3 전체: 대학원생, 250,000원; 그외 연구자, 300,000원
(시퀀싱을 제외한 마커 개발에 필요한 대부분의 시약값 포함)
장소:
서울대학교 수의과대학 85동 807호 대학원강의실 혹은 컴퓨터 실
등록인원 제한:
Session 1 & 2: 30명
Session 3: 10~13명
준비물:
워크샵 참가자는 각자 Microsoft Excel 프로그램이 설치되어 있는 휴대용 컴퓨터를 지참하여야 함. 단 휴대용 컴퓨터가 없는 경우 컴퓨터실의 데스크탑 컴퓨터 이용가능
